Colombia Cauca is a medium-light roasted coffee. With a taste that reveals jasmine, pomegranate, and strawberry. It is perfectly balanced. It underwent a natural decaffeination process - Sugarcane E.A. Decaffeination Process.
As an Arabica, it has a milder taste and sweeter notes.
