The cleanse should be started in the morning. During the cleanse, no other meals should be consumed. We recommend not changing the order of consuming the smoothies, as they are arranged in the best configuration for our digestive system. Mild weakness is a natural sign of the body cleansing itself of toxins.
If you feel very weak, we recommend eating a light salad.
