PISTACHIO BUTTER is a nut butter with no additives. Some of the pistachios are roasted, so we don't have to use salt. Overall, we get an amazing savory butter that goes well with both savory and sweet dishes.
Oil separation is a natural process; in this case, stir the butter with a spoon. Remember not to put a licked spoon back into the jar.
The butter does not need to be stored in the refrigerator, but it can be – then the consistency will firm up. We produce our butter in limited batches so that you can enjoy the freshest product possible.
