Brazil Moinho is a medium roast coffee with a taste that reveals almond, orange and chocolate. It is perfectly balanced.
As an Arabica, it has a milder taste, sweeter notes, and lower caffeine content.
It is excellent as an espresso, but also goes very well with milk or plant-based beverages.
It will taste great brewed in an espresso machine, pour-over, automatic, French press, moka pot, and by traditional methods.
